Hi all, The AutoSave Draft feature is now disabled across the site. The decision to disable the feature was made via a poll last year. The delay in putting it in place was due to a bug/update issue. This should serve as a reminder to manually save your drafts if you wish to keep them. Thanks, The Boards Team.

BER assessment some years ago, C3 following wall/attic insulation.

Since then we've put in new oil burner (condenser).

    We've zoned the heating system.

Replaced all the windows to triple glaze.

Changed back door from a sliding door to a single composite door.

Roughly, can anyone guide me into what impact this would've had on on the BER.

maybe might get you to C1

you will need to retain the window and doors test certificates AND a letter of supply from teh suppliers saying that they installed this exact windows / doors into your build.

Make sure the heating system is fully zoned ie that at least two space zones and the hot water cylinder can be programmed for time and temperature for at least 7 days in advance. If you cant do that, its not a full control system.
