365online app - focus on input field STILL not working

    When you are using the App, and click on an area, be it to enter your pin, or an amount, I see that it still doesn't retain the cursor in the area of focus.

    You still, after a few years, need to click on the area a 2nd time to enter your data.

    Surely this wouldn't be the hardest thing to fix? Why has it been unresolved like this so long?

    It's a minor issue, but infuriating.

    If it was raised with the Mobile App team the last time I was told on Boards it would be forwarded, then they must just have ignored it.

    I'll not hold my breath. Such a simple issue now gone unfixed for years.

    As a follow up, can anyone who uses the App on mobile tell me if they DONT Have this problem?

    Wondering now is it my phone, or my version of Android that's causing it? Or is it happening for everyone?

    I have the same experience on the website.

    My father uses a key fob instead of a mobile phone for logging in and authorising transfers.

    When he needs to type in the response to a challenge, focus is invariably gone from the inout field.
