Claim tax back for time not worked?

I did not work for the last 10 weeks of the year.

Am I entitled to claim tax back on this - credits not used, etc?

Yes, request an end of year statement. If you received JSB it is taxable income so might reduce any refund. I presume you paid tax during the year?

You know you can login to your Revenue MyAccount and look at your preliminary statement of liability for 2022 which will tell you based on the information Revenue hold, if you are due a refund or not before you file your annual tax return.

Note: anyone who received Social Welfare income during the year, the statement will not be available until the 16th January.

Been looking at the revenue for tax back, and still the statement of liability is not processed.

Any ideas ?
