I have a Masters in Computing along with latest IT certifications. Is there any country in Middle East or Europe (where teaching language is English) I could get a ICT teaching job without any teaching qualification like QTS / PGCE / PME?

So you are looking for a European country where the teaching language is English and they are not too pushed about the lack of teaching qualifications.... I very much doubt it. Maybe a private school, but since they charge very high fees having highly qualified personal is part of the deal.

No idea about the Middle East, but since they are usually willing to pay top dollar and are open to applicants from all around the world, I doubt they'd have much problem finding qualified people either.

Why can you get the qualification or learn a language?

Thanks, I am working full time now. So have to find a teaching course that would adapt to my circumstances.

I think in UK, there is a specific educational qualification for ICT teaching. But it is 2 yr full time.
