EIR call centre

Tried ringing the EIR call centre. According to the automated answer servic, the centre is open from 10am-5.30pm on Saturdays. It then informs me, the centre is closed. Anyone know do Eir use a different calendar to the rest of us, cause according to my calendar, today is a saturday

You’ve probably more chance of winning on a millionaire raffle ticket than getting your issue sorted today. You may get answered on Tuesday but more than likely the call will get cut off abruptly when on hold. Eventually whenever you do get through to them be sure and cancel and move to any other provider. They truest are the worst around.
