Its amazing the fall from 39 to about 43. Its like becoming a creaky old man overnight. :)

First its reading the phone. Then its a sore knee. A pain in the shoulder. Then a pain in the other knee. Then a pain in the foot. Injuries that happen for no reason and last years. Not to mention the hair is starting to fall out now too. I can see my hair line receeding every year now. A fine head of heair i had only a couple of years ago, but now even the back at the top is getting thinner. None of that ever happened til i was about 41. Dreading whats next after 44 :)
