What is "Credit Documents" in mortgage application?

I see on the mortgage portal there are several stages of an application. From " Your Financial Details" to "Legal Document". I was wondering what happens at specially the "Credit Documents" stage? My application has been in "Underwriter Review" for last 10 days and has moved to "Credit Documents" does that mean the assessment has been successful and it's just the paperwork left? Also, I see most of the people here have approved mortgages, can you suggest how long it too for you guys? I know most of the employees would be out for holidays

I applied for a mortgage with Bank of Ireland several weeks ago, and since then, I have not received any feedback or updates on the progress of my application. I have tried calling the customer service department(016113333) several times to inquire about the status of my application, but each time, I have been told that my application is still being processed and everything has been done from Athlone Branch and it's pending with the Credit Team

Its 3 weeks now
