Mobile phone need account to be delete

I need to remove a closed account from my phone and wonder if its possible to remove it

Can we ask what type of account you wish to remove? Most account types would be automatically removed from an online profile when they are closed.

I had 2 business accounts closed and only got the letter on friday stating account closed but as i also have a personal account still valid i wanted to see how to remove one no longer needed.

It is when on mobile in your app to LOGIN i get both User Id and need to remove it if possible.

Thanks for getting back to us. To remove the additional User ID you can delete the app from your device then install it again with just your personal User ID. When doing this, please keep in mind there will be a four hour delay after installing the app before you can use it. This is for security checks to be completed.

Does this have to be done during work hours or could it be done late at night and be done and ready for next morning Thanks.

There is no need to carry this out during working hours, just be mindful that there will be a 4 hour delay when you do carry this action out. Thanks Jen
