Has anybody mixed two well known people up? I used to think Georgia Moffett (Doctor Who) and Georgina Moffat (Skins) were the same person, due to their similar looks and name.

I used to love Shameless and was convinced that the actor who played Carl also played a character in Emmerdale, Daz I think. But later found out they were twins. Had no doubt in my mind that Francis (Christopher Masterson) from Malcolm in the Middle also played Barney Stinson in how I met your mother (Neil Patrick Harris) even though I knew that was Dougie Howser which aired a decade before MIM.

I used to think that Garret Fitzgerald was also our milkman when I was a child. I even called him the Taoiseach once, everyone started laughing, except the milkman. It must have been following hm everywhere.
