    Aa we near the end of 2022 , what was the motor racing moment of 2022?,

    For me it was Ross Chastain and his last lap wall ride at Martinville which ultimately got hIm second place in the championship.

    It's a move that will be talked about in 2050 let alone 2022 !

    Yes, that's the move of the century for NASCAR. Chastain definitely had some great races through the year.

    Without a doubt Loeb's victory in Monte, nothing else that happened last year comes close.

    The man jumped off a plane the day after competing for 2 straight weeks in the Dakar, started the recce the next day, then took on Oiger in a straight fight with an inferior car ending up in a final stage showdown... and won... aged 47!

    Chastain doing his best impression of a child playing Gran Truismo isn't in the same league.
