Sip or Krone Mower

Lads looking for abit of advice on a new mower as I want to upgrade from the 5'6 mower I currently have. Dealer near me has a sip 300(10ft) for 10k. 3 year warranty with it and its belt driven. Other mower I looked at was a krone amr 240 which is 8ft and can get for 9600. I asked about a krone ecr 280 but he thinks it would be abit much for a 95hp tractor as its a good bit heavier than the 240 and also that costs nearly 13k. Anyone have either machine or can offer an opinion on which would be a better buy thanks

10ft too big anyway apart from price and reliability for a 95hp tractor

What tractor have you ,I have 9 foot conditioner mower and it bullys a 110 hp 6 cylinder .The centre pivot mower would turn a light tractor over,when turning at headland with mower lifted

Have all Krone here. I have a Krone EasyCut 280, bought new in 2015. I had an AMR 240 before that. The 280 is a stronger mower, put in a few discs and 1 bearing and a slip clutch since I bought it.

A 95HP tractor will handle it fine, did a good bit of mowing and topping with a 7840 and the 280 behind it. I had one Kuhn and went to Krone then. Have 3 off them and I'm happy with them, their a bit softer than some makes but once your not a dog on them, they'll do the job perfectly.
