Notice some my weanlings coughing over the last week or so.

They were injected with Ivomec Classic about 6 weeks ago.

Should I go with the Ivomec again or would something else me better ?

They still on cows but plan to wean over Xmas

I find an oral drench is good for weanlings. Something with the ingredient Fenbenazole works very well for me.

I’d give them Curazole down the throat and don’t wean them for a week or so after if you can.

I think the persistence of ivomec for lungworm is 4 weeks. If they've been housed for longer than two weeks then it's not lungworm. So no point dosing again. A viral infection is more likely. Talk to your vet.
