    Maybe, but in the near term I think the EU clean energy directives protect microgenerators from that

    Probably worth bearing in mind that domestic solar generation has a much higher rate of penetration in Australia

    Personally I'm happy to sell at market rates if I can also buy at market rates 😁

    I feel it's already happening to some extent here, bigger exporters on NC7 get a lower rate per kWh, but it's guaranteed for something like 15 years I think.

    Going over 50kW puts you in the Small Scale generator category which presumably puts you on market rates

    Makes sense I guess, the more supply you have the lower rate you'll get

    They have also cut back on the CEG in california too, by like 75%, these days wont last forever. As more and more solar come, the payment will get less
