Covid and Work

    Does anyone know if the isolation period for covid absence from work has changed?

    my sister seems to think it’s 5 days isolation period but HSE states 7. I felt unwell Friday and tested positive on an antigen test the same day. Do I stay out of work for 7 days regardless or only until I no longer test positive? Thanks
