What fibre cable to buy?

    Hi,

    I moved into a new house, and they've run cat6 between the eir box on the side of the house and the attic.

    Seems that this is useless for fibre to the home, as there's no space (or power) for a fibre to ethernet adaptor.

    I'm thinking of replacing this line with a fibre optic, so they can just plug in and put the adaptor in the attic.

    Wat kind of fibre cable should I buy. There's a whole lot of different types, connectors, simplex v duplex etc. Any tips?
