    Hello all and thank you for all your advice.

    My aunt wishes to give me a loan of 32k to purchase a property. she will give me more if there isn’t an issue with tax past the 32k mark.

    My question is does there need to be anything official done in order to process this? As per the link above I surmise that the only taxable concern will be the interest. However, could someone advise me can if I pay it back next year or does there have to be a definite term for the repayment?
