Condensation in attic

I discovered some water in the attic and have been told that the problem is caused by condensation in the attic. The attic is well insulated. However the bathroom extractor fan tubeing runs through the attic to a vent in the outside wall. This tubeing gets warm when in use and am wondering if this would be the cause of the condensation.
