Hi there I live in a house that is built I a single leaf double cavity block with a 50mm kingspan board fixed internally, crossed by 40mm laths that carry the plasterboard, that void seems to bring in alot of cold air into the rooms,I thinking of pumping bead or expanding foam in to fill that void ,does anyone know the pros and cons of doing either

    Many thanks for your time

Is it the void between the laths that you think is causing the draught?

It sounds like the battens are horizontal which would prevent the typical top to bottom draughts so I think more investigation would be required to determine the root cause tbh.

Your description of the wall build-up is a tad confusing. Would I be correct in describing it as follows from outside to inside:

External plaster render / hollow block / 50mm insulation board (likely fixed with dot n' dab adhesive) / vertical battens (40mm) / plasterboard / skim finish.

If this description is anyway close then pumping the void with anything will likely not do much (if anything) to improve what you are experiencing in the rooms.

Where are you noticing the air movement? I'm guessing at the base of the walls / skirting boards? See this recent thread for likely solution.
