Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Third-level student account and PLC course

    Hi.

    My son is trying to register for a 3rd Level Current Account. He's undertaking a PLC course which will hopefully lead to a third level course. The drop down in the application form does not contain the college he's currently attending, it contains only third-level undergraduate colleges. However, the application site clearly states the following : " This can be in a post-Leaving Certificate college or higher education institution ".

    Is there a way around this on the online form or does he need to drop in to a branch to create the new account ?
