Banking app and new phone

    I’ve changed phones and trying to set up banking online but it keeps blocking my pin, I’ve just reset it and can’t successfully log in as im getting a txt message saying SCA attempts were made on my account. I don’t have my old phone either to approve the attempted login if I try to log on through online 365 opposed to the app. Also tried ringing 365 but can’t get to talk to anyone. My nearest branch is closed down. Would appreciate any help.
