Hi, I need to get some documents certified (birth cert, passport, credit card statement) by a local bank to set up my pension. I live near BoI Smithfield so do I need to make an appointment with them to bring in the originals so that they can certify ? Thanks

A Branch can only facilitate with certifying BOI statement, you would not need an appointment for this.
