Hkc gsm comms fault

I have a gsm sc connected to wi fi. Mon signal is set to no but it keeps bringing up a gsm comes fault. It might just drop out for a few seconds but brings up a fault. Is their any other option to turn off comms faults ? Thanks

If you scroll past the signal monitor there is a fault delay timer.
Do you know the version of software on the panel and GSM?
