Swelling on my neck

    Hi everyone, I have this swelling on my neck the last 6-8 weeks .. doc said she isn't concerned and thinks it's muscular, she is sending me for ultrasound. The swelling goes up and down but never fully gone and is soft and puffy touch . No hard lumps. I'm nervous still !
