Recently drove from Trim To Dublin 8. Around 0° with ground frost in Trim, I reckon the air temperature was a smidgin' over 0° there. Car thermometer read 0° as far as Junction 7 Maynooth on the M4. 1° from there till Lucan, 2° from there and 3° once inside the M50 with no frost (as expected). Cool getting out of the car in Dublin but not in any way cold. Probably the mildest night in Dublin for the next several days.

First dry morning in the last four days. Cold with a slight breeze and car covered in frost. Currently 1.8C in Loughlinstown, south Dublin.

No frost in my area of wicklow town, for now. Too coastal. And I am north facing on a hill so we get the aul sea breeze. (But it has an amazing view!). It will get frosty no doubt by the weekend and if my road ices up there will be no getting out of it as it’s a super steep incline to get out. Ridiculously so. Anyway excited for some seasonal weather all the same! If it’s icy over the weekend I won’t care!
