So I boughtba hoodie in Everlys on the 3rd Nov and have noticed it was the wrong size (only wore the item a handful of times) and feel I paid enough for it so want the correct size etc

From reading the returns policy I'm still covered once I have the receipt (got it emailed to me)

Don't want a refund only to exchange it for the correct size

Will I have any issues returning it ??

I'd assume the tags would still need to be on it.

I think since you wore it and there is no fault with the item an exchange would be at their discretion.

If you noticed it on first wear and had the tags to hand then theyd probably have accepted an exchange.

Wearing it a couple of times knowing it wasn't right is on you though.

Can;t see them taking back, its essentially a second hand product and buyers fault for buying wrong size without first trying it on or trying it on with the tags on it.

So you bought it in one of their physical stores where you had an opportunity to try it on, you have worn it several times and only now notice that you bought a wrong size.

And you want the store to take a loss on it?

    Seriously?

I'll tell you now that they won't and should not do anything.

You wore it a handful of times? How did you not realise it was the wrong size when you first got it? No way should they exchange at this point. Always try on with the tags attached and if it's wrong exchange it immediately.

They’re not obliged to exchange the product because you chose the wrong size. Most retailers will exchange, but they’re not obliged to cover your mistake.

They exchanged it without hassle, could easily of been a wrong size on a wrong hanger

I'll know for the future too ffs look more carefully

Some customer is going to be buying a smelly secondhand top.

Hopefully it gets noticed and staff learn not to exchange goods that have clearly been worn.

Might of wanted something for display

Delighted with the service, if you don't ask you don't get

As I siad I'll look more carefully in the future

    Doubt it.

I'm a bit miffed that they took back a hoodie worn several times. I'll be double checking the 'freshness' of anything I buy from them in future.
