Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.
Thanks all.

From a legal perspective it would appear to be a valid will.

    3 named individuals.

If the testor had "intended" to include a 4th but only explicitly named 3 the executor must follow what is written.

I suspect that from a legal perspective there is no obligation on a parent to advise anyone that they have children.

Nor I suspect is there a requirement for siblings or blood relative's to acknowledge each others existence.

    Not nice but.
