I have a HP Envy laptop. With Avast software I ran a driver update and it updated drivers to latest versions. Now the volume control is not increasing or decreasing the volume when playing video, say youtube. I tried both the screen control and the keyboard control. I have looked in settings but I can't figure out how to…

gopen device manager
go to sound video and game controllers open that
uninstall the audio driver - realtek i presume
and reboot
