Problem with sound on new TV through wireless headphone.

    Hi,

    Bought new "Smart" TV JVC 32CA690.

    Comes with YouTube loaded.

    Cannot listen to any You Tube items due to interference...

    This does not happen to any other pre loaded heading.

    This is puzzling , as I do not understand what is happening ?

    Would removing the preloaded button and reload from the app store ?

    Any suggestions welcome.
