DISABILITY LUMP SUM DATE

people who get disability allowance through bank account get it on Wednesday. They say the cost off living lump sum for disability 500e will be paid on the 14th off November. Does that mean payment will be Monday instead off Wednesday?? Or will it be paid Wednesday ... they don't make that clear what day its in the bank
