Bridal bouquets during Xmas

so I found today that you can’t buy fresh flowers over Xmas due to flower markets closing for the holidays and florists taking their well earned breaks . So any ideas ? I’m trying some home based people but I’m guessing the lack of flowers for sale affects them also , I guess I need to go the artificial route ? Any…

What date is the wedding?
Is it Christmas Day or a few days after it?
Most people seem to manage when it's a few days after it from what I've seen.
It generally looks fairly professional also.
