I always eat late. It's even unusual for me to have lunch, never mind breakfast.

My day is mostly coffee and tobacco, tbh.

The good side of it is I eat big portions then... does me for a day.

Trying my best to loose the pandemic pounds. Before the first lockdown I had a high calorie diet and was hitting the gym 3-4 times a week.

I've been pretty sedentary for the past 2 and a half years and the diet was getting worse so time to sort that out. Up until a few weeks ago breakfast would have been beans, 2 fried eggs, some hash browns and maybe a rasher or sausage.

My breakfast is usually a mug of coffee with a cigarette 🙈☺️

Same but replace cigarette with either a square of dark chocolate or nothing at all. I can't stomach a 'proper' breakfast at all in the morning.
