I-SEM Trading Charge on ESB Bill

In recent bills from Flogas for a Community Building I see a 5c/kw I-SEM trading charge. Does anyone know what this is for as it was not on bills from previous suppliers.

I think the idea here is that they are expressly stating the non-energy charges from SEMO (the Single Electricity Market Operator) as a separate item in the statement.

I don’t know where they are getting 5c/kWh. 35c/kWh (including loss factor) would seem more like the ballpark to me, but perhaps they are factoring in some other charge too
