Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Trying to get help for a family from local st v de p. Answer machine and no call back. 3rd attempt now. Who decides what family is eligible. How many people are on local group committee. It was even difficult to get a phone number for them.

    probably swamped.

    there is a request help online on their website. might get a better response than voice messages. that would be the website that lists all the offices and phone numbers clear as day.

    OP these people are volunteers. Bear that in mind. Good luck, hope you get help.

    If your local office isn't contacting you back( which they should but they are swamped, all depends how big the area is and most smaller areas have only volunteers and no full/part time staff in the office so their under a lot of pressure). What area are you in? If you can find out the regional office you will get someone on the phone and they will log your call and you should get help that way. Hope this helps.
