    Have a close work friend in her 50s who is draftinf a will and is considering leaving one of her 26yr old daughters.

    She doing well now in a good marketing jobbut struggled with a coke and pill addiction. Necer stole from others but family who finally kicked her out.

    Their relationship has improved but the mother is worried about the possibility of a relapse if she comes into a large sum of money.

    She was thinking of letting the other daughter become a trustee for the sister.

    Better to just let someone else worry about what happens after you're dead. You won't be around to see it happening anyway
