New pc spec for photo editing using PS LR and Nik software

Hi guys looking for some info for desktop to either buy or build for photo editing. At present my desktop is an old sell a couple of hard drives in it that I would like to keep in new one any info on best spec that would be upgradable in the future. I’ll need at least 32Gb ram and sad drive. Budget about €750

From what I saw you need SSE 4.2 - so most CPU's will do - and plenty of space on fast IO - so an SSD with 1TB. Also, apparently LR is core friendly so, at least 8 cores. The only thing you got going to meet your budget is the fact that you don't need a dGPU so any 8-core with IG with do fine for you.

Thanks Jon Doe for the reply. I could probably stretch to a €1000 budget. I would like a decent graphics card in it. It’s been a while since I did any pc building and need to know best place to buy either components for build or prebuilt unit. Thanks again
