I'm trying to port from lyca to EIR and it's not happening. EIR is looking for an account number from Lyca and can't find it on my lyca account I'm on a sim only with lyca. Anyone any ideas?

Also Eir have tried, PAYG registered, bill pay, and multiline, but all were rejected. They are a nightmare to deal with Lyca that is. They offer sim only deals but no account number, so how is anybody going to port, if they don't sort it by Monday I'll be contacting Comreg.

Well it’s either pay as you go registered or unregistered. If you ever logged in to Lyca to topup etc then it’s registered. Lyca don’t so billpay sim only in the true sense of things. It’s all really prepay.

Yes, eventually I was able to but I had to port it out to 48 and then I was able to port to EIR.
