Payment never arrived

    Hi I made a payment from my account and it never arrived The 2 different banks are saying each other are responsible Is there any way this problem could be solved Thanks

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here today. If you made the payment from a Bank of Ireland account you can request a proof of payment by logging into your account, select services and send us a message. Once you receive the proof of payment you can provide this to the receiving Bank to help locate the payment.
