A majestic blue sky in Trim but a powerful wind pushes against the downy birch and eucalyptus trees beyond the window that I peer out from. The branches majestically swaying to and fro whilst I sit in the comfort of the interior hearing only silence. But work calls and Dublin beckons so soon I will have to embrace the weather for a few moments but not before I stroll along the Boyne with my canine friend, who will happily walk no matter the weather, unlike myself, a fair weather human.

Got up to 14.1C here near Tralee today and felt very mild out doing a few jobs around the place.

After calming right down during the afternoon it is windy again this evening, some rain around 18.00 from the tail end of the front but weak and didn't last long.

That was just a blip. 45 minutes later, the latest info shows it to be now 3° warmer in Malaga compared to Dublin. I can only imagine that difference will increase substantially during the day.
