HKC tamper activating while alarm unset

Hi guys, any way I can turn off a tamper switch that keeps activating even when the alarm is not set? Engineer isn’t calling untill later in week. Alan us HKC and it’s the same tamper switch that keeps triggering… again the alarm is not set when it goes off. thanks

Do you have the mobile app? You might be able to inhibit the zone that is going into temper in there?

With the latest software you can turn off the tamper on these devices, you would need engineer access to do same
