How can I remove these half-circle bolts?

I took down an old Ikea unit, it was secured to the wall via these protruding bolts (not threaded), there's a bunch off them that presumably took the weight off the areas where it was screwed to wall. The wall is a block wall. I have a whole bunch of them sticking out, any idea how I can remove them?

They're a spring nail, I find it's easier to snap them with a hammer and fill over them as they have a serious grip, or if you didn't want to do that try grip them with a vice grips but they won't come easy
