TRV fitting to rads

Folks. Just bought standard 15mm fitting Trvs. Unfortunately the fitting to my rads (Delonghi) seem to be about 1inch. Can I use a basic compression adaptor 15mm - 1inch on these?

You would have to ask the TRV supplier on this as the all depends on whether the stem will reach.
