€1000 PC (Gaming and potential work) before VAT

Hi all,

Looking for some help with parts selection. I'll be buying strictly from caseking.de because I trust them and I can see a total before VAT. Essentially my step-father's sister can get the stuff without the VAT, so I'm going that route.

Case, I'd recommend the Raijintek Silenos MS: https://www.caseking.de/raijintek-silenos-ms-midi-tower-weiss-gert-098.html and populate it with Scythe Kaze Flex 120 fans

A 650w PSU will be alright for a 6800?

That is a very outdated and weak SSD. If you are on a tight budget, I would suggest going to at least a Samsung 980 (vastly superior) for just a few more euro.

But would really go for a modern PCIe 4 if you can.

If that's too much, there is also the Crucial P5 for less than £100 on Amazon (not available on caseking). While not the top tier PCI 4 gen, it is still an excellent option and kind of sits more than half-way between a top-tier PCIe gen 3 and top-tier PCIe gen 4.
