Lost paperwork - who can we speak to about our mortgage? HELP

Please can someone help? My wife and I have been a customer of BOI for nearly 20 years. We have moved house and unfortunately lost all our paperwork. We can provide proof of ID. Bank statements to show payments are coming from my account to BOI every month. We need to speak to someone about finishing our mortgage early. Who can we speak too? What is the process? Surely we cannot be the only people to have lost paperwork? I have tried for nearly one month to speak to someone in BOI but no one seems able to help.

Hi Alison, thank you for your message. My wife and I would like to understand the options for repayment, if there are any early payment fees, how much final payments would be etc. I have tried so many phone numbers over the past month and just going around in circles. Do you know the best number to call? I am based in Yorkshire.
