Garmin - During a marathon can you set a reminder to take a gel every 30 mins?

    From reading online I can see people say it's possible but I'm slightly paranoid about setting something up that interferes with my recording of the marathon. I've a Fenix 6 pro - can anyone direct me as to how to set a reminder during a work out to take a gel / drink?
