FS - Chainsets

Having a clearout of the shed and this is what's first up. Two chainsets.

1. FSA Gossamer BB30 50/34 172.5 110BCD. Chain set is a good few years old with the usual scuff marks that come with that but chain rings are pretty new and have a tonne of life left in them. The 34t one has less than 100km on it. €40

2. FSA Vero compact square taper. Bought from bike 24 Apr 21 with not much use. 50/34 172.5 4 arm. - €40

Sorry should have put that in the original post. Based in Blessington, Co. Wicklow. The square taper one still has 6 months warranty left on it also. Happy to provide email receipt from bike24 for that.

great, any idea what bottom bracket it needs? or are all square taper the same? My bike has a 68mm shell. Can you point me towards the right one?

There are two main taper sizes for square tapers. Sheldon Brown does a good job explaining which is which here. If you can identify which taper you have, then it should be easy to tell of the cranks will fit

The crank you bought above is JIS standard, so I'd be pretty sure if it's a Shimano bottom bracket, you'll be good

The square taper on shimano are pretty uniform and it's more to do with the BB width than anything. 68 in my case but also come in 72. These BB's are heavy but jesus they are bomb proof. I've ran one on a commuter through all sorts of sheite Irish weather and still running perfectly. Actually if I can get the one out of the frame I'm binning I can send that with it.
