HkC 10270 no 12v

Hi All I have a recently fitted new panel getting no aux 12v. Disconnected all pirs internal bell and keypad, powered down for a while but still no aux 12v. Could I use the keypad 12v to power 5 PIRs as well as keypad ?

I would advise returning the panel as if its new should be under warranty.
