    Has anyone had any response from

    I've logged 2 tickets - one on Aug 25th and one on Sept 30th and I haven't had a response from either.

    The issue is I have some bad data from the day of install that I want removed so my graphs display properly.

    Try calling them too. They fixed this for me a while back.

    You could delete the plant and add it again but you lose all the data in between.

    20 mins on hold and still in position 1. I assume their support works Chinese hours.

    No they have an EU line but yes I waited a bit also.

    you're probably low priority so other higher priority tickets get worked on first, just the service level agreements these teams work under

    No response for 6 weeks is a bit ridiculous.

    But full marks for having "Here Comes the Sun" as hold music.

    You need to call them and I've found expect to be on hold at least 30-40 mins before you get someone. I think it may just be one person on the phones. I've found them generally helpful. At least the music has changed recently - it used to be Rick Astley. They're a bit sadistic. 😅
