Sky offer

I canceled sky two weeks ago then I got an offer to stay and accepted the offer. Then today I decided to check my account and the offer is not on my account. So I rang SKY they can’t find the email and won’t give me the offer. So if anyone gets an email with an offer check it out before accepting.

How did you accept the offer? By phone or email?

When you rang them did you not insist on getting an email address from Sky that you could forward the proof to?

There was a link in the email to accept. Apparently they don’t accept emails.

Having reviewed this thread im going to close it. OP the issue is I think between you and Sky and im not sure what can be gained from any discussion here. Threatening to go through with your cancellation might be the best approach.
