Contact HR. They'll tell you the next steps. Depending on the type of school you're in, there may be different procedures. I'm in an ETB school, so I can only advise how they do it

Just for clarity, it isn't a grant. Your employer will purchase the bike and it will be treated as part of your salary (through salary sacrifice deductions) so realistically you only pay post-PAYE part of the cost. https://www.revenue.ie/en/jobs-and-pensions/taxation-of-employer-benefits/cycle-to-work-scheme.aspx
