that wont lead to it being discounted in a BER assessment.
its must be a fixed none removable closure in order for it to be discounted
from the
methodology:
A restricted chimney is treated as permanently blocked. Permanent restrictions include brickwork, plasterwork or timber panelling fixed in place. Temporary restrictions are ignored.
